We started our business in 1979  and have been trading under our present title since the early 1990s to reflect our partnership status.

The advantage of making use of a small business like Nabneys Insurance Claims Services is that all files are handled by Norman personally from start to finish, with the knowledge and expertise gained by more than 40 years claims experience.

Insurers often contact us very shortly after an accident and before solicitors are involved. We can then provide a prompt comprehensive report on both liability and indemnity issues.

We act primarily on behalf of defendants, as instructed by insurers and solicitors. In the last two years we have represented around 20 companies, mostly on a regular basis, but occasionally as a “one off”.

Most of our work is in Northern Ireland, we cover all areas including those which have sometimes euphemistically been described as “difficult”.
