Company History
Norman became an ACII in 1976 and has been a Chartered Insurance Practitioner since 1995. His work involves substantial time “out on the road” which accounts for around half of each week.
We started our business in 1979 and have been trading under our present title since the early 1990s to reflect our partnership status.
NORMAN (Partner) – He spent 10 years employed by Sun Alliance (now Royal Sun Alliance), initially as a professional trainee, then claims handler, acting section head, and finally 4 years as their sole claims inspector for Northern Ireland.
ROSEMARY (Partner) – Her day-to-day duties involve typing, clerical, and admin work. She also takes an active role in decisions affecting our business.
